As an instructional designer with over four years of experience, I have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse audiences. I have worked with subject matter experts, faculty, and vendors to design and deliver video-based courses on various topics, using Articulate Rise and Canvas as my main tools. I have also contributed to project management, quality assurance, and content review across teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.My background in journalism, mass communication, and education has equipped me with strong editorial, writing, and visual design skills, as well as a keen interest in learning and teaching. I have written articles, created storyboards, developed assessments, and worked on scenario-based and microlearning projects for different clients and platforms. I have also taught and coordinated courses in journalism and online media at Madras Christian College, where I received multiple awards for academic excellence as a student. I enjoy exploring new ways of enhancing learner engagement, retention, and satisfaction through innovative and evidence-based instructional design practices.
