About Supraja V.

I help individuals manage stress, anxiety, and emotions using a trauma-informed, mind-body approach. My goal is to support them in moving forward and leading happier lives. As a Trauma-informed, holistic practitioner, I am passionate about helping individuals regulate their nervous system, process emotions, and overcome life's challenges. I believe in a bottom-up approach to healing, recognizing the profound connection between our bodies and minds. Our bodies hold unprocessed emotions and unresolved trauma, making it essential to address both the mind and body. In my practice, I utilize Somatic Experiencing (SE), a holistic strategy that facilitates healing and resolution of trauma and emotional wounds. I am currently in the Advanced year of my Somatic Experiencing training, constantly expanding my knowledge and expertise. I have completed the Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certificate program from The Embody Lab, Reiki Master practitioner training, and am currently pursuing my Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT). Additionally, I am Polyvagal-informed, prioritizing nervous system regulation as a foundational element of the healing process. By creating safety within, I help clients in processing emotions and trauma that may be hindering their progress. This allows them to move towards their dreams and discover the inner light that guides them on their life's journey. My personal transformation has been the greatest gift I've given myself, which inspired me to discover my purpose of helping others with their mind-body-spirit healing through my practice, Luminous inner Light. I am committed to facilitating transformation and empowering individuals to find their own guiding inner light.
