WORK RESPONSIBILITIES: My responsibilities include sending daily reports, which consist of queue statuses and SOP, to the team. which are crucial for maintaining transparency, keeping the team informed about our daily operational status, and ensuring effective adherence to procedures. I am primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of merchant services. This involves addressing various tasks and issues, such as onboarding or canceling merchant IDs. Additionally, we handle customer interactions by securely extracting and encrypting transaction and statement reports, among other tasks. Responsible for communicating with Relationship Managers (RMs) and internal personnel to manage and complete high-priority requests. CAPABILITIES: The role requires multitasking to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including resolving merchant queries, managing requests, and following up on various inquiries. Dedication and hard work are essential, especially for urgent and high-priority requests. Adhering to SLAs is crucial to address merchant inquiries promptly and efficiently within specified time frames.
