About Supriy Bhargava

When I first stepped into the world of audit and consulting over nine years ago, I was drawn to more than just numbers—I was fascinated by the stories businesses tell through their financials, processes, and risks. My journey began in India, expanded through client engagements in France, Luxembourg and the USA has now brought me to the UK, where I serve as a Manager with a top-tier global firm. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across industries as diverse as insurance, banking, wealth and asset management, agribusiness and consumer durables. Each sector has taught me something new about resilience, innovation, and the way businesses navigate complexity. What I specialize in is helping organizations see beyond compliance. Whether it’s risk assessment backed by data analytics, evaluating internal controls (including SOX), executing substantive audit procedures, or implementing global and digital audit methodologies—I focus on delivering insights that add real value. I’ve also worked on developing automation solutions to make audits smarter and more efficient, while supporting quality initiatives such as PCAOB (USA) and FRC (UK) inspections. Just as important to me as the work itself is the people I work with. I take pride in leading and coaching teams, designing and delivering training, and building a culture of continuous learning. For me, success means not only raising the bar on audit quality but also empowering others to do the same. At my core, I’m passionate about driving innovation in audit, helping organizations build trust, and contributing to teams that thrive on collaboration and growth.
