About Supriya Chunduru

As the Managing Director and Head HR at IT Monks Solutions, I lead the business development and human resources functions for a fast-growing IT consulting and staffing firm. I have successfully secured, retained, and grown accounts with current and potential US clients, generating revenue and exceeding sales goals. I have also built and maintained strong business relationships, delivering informative presentations, responding to client requests, and answering client questions. With a BBA in Accounting and Finance from St. Marys College, I have the skills and knowledge to create customized and targeted sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast the sales outcomes. In addition to my business development role, I also oversee the talent acquisition and management processes for IT Monks Solutions, ensuring that we hire, retain, and empower the best talent for our projects. I have extensive experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates from various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Dice, CB, and ZipRecruiter, using a variety of techniques, such as cold calling, referrals, and networking. I also collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's vision, values, and goals. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
