Dental Surgeon with a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) qualification, specializing in Prosthodontics,crown bridge & implantology and a 3+ years of clinical experience in India. Though clinical dentistry will always remain my true passion, I transitioned to Dubai in 2011, thus commencing my career in Medical/Health Insurance.I bring over 13 years of Global/International Health insurance experience across various functions of provider network management, case management, clinical approvals, project management (with emphasis on governance & process efficiencies, automation initiatives,while maintaining cost control).The opportunity to work with a leading International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) company has allowed me to create and develop extensive network relations both regionally and globally.I am an experienced negotiator with a consistent track record of cost containment and case management.My core competencies include medical networking (focus on expansion & creation of new provider partnerships, globally), contracting with & managing relations with Global Third Party Administrators, Telemedicine providers, handling clinical case management and conducting internal & provider audits.I am a result oriented, self-motivated individual and my positive professional attitude enables me to be flexible and adapt to changes instantly.With my strong, focused personality, network +clinical operations expertise and leadership skills, I am able to drive KPIs and key business strategies across the medical network operational functions.
