About Supriya Shetty

Fresh from academia, I entered the corporate realm as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), driven by curiosity and a passion for transforming ideas into reality. During my early days, I was immersed in understanding customer needs for low-voltage projects and crafting prototypes that aligned with their expectations. Creativity and technical precision merged as I tirelessly worked towards achieving these customer expectations. With years of technical experience, I embraced the challenge of project management. Project essence lies in harmonizing diverse talents. With an eye for detail, I allocated resources, crafted schedules, and fostered team alliances. Collaborative goals drove us, guided by risk management and change requests. My mission as a Project Manager is to catalyze change that brightens lives. I also champion sustainability and strive to make the ordinary extraordinary. Currently, my role as a Deputy Manager encompasses decision-making, leadership activities, strategic planning, budgeting and cost control. I provide guidance, check in with my team members, and ensure that our collective efforts are aligned with the project's goal. By bridging communication between the team and stakeholders, I keep the gears of progress turning smoothly. Beyond projects, self-help books fuel my growth, while calligraphy and travel feed my soul.
