I would like to describe myself as a flexible, willing to change and ready to adapt to different roles. I am supportive and respectful of their colleagues. As an employee i focus on improving the morale of others and like to go above and beyond for both my team and our patrons. As a good employee, I know the reason why my job exists, above just knowing how to do my job. This allows me to come up with new suggestions and ideas to improve the tasks in my organisation. Being from a humble background i am polite, well-spoken, calm, and presentable at my professional front. Telling the truth about tricky subjects, such as workload, work / life balance, difficult customers or colleagues, and ineffective procedures makes me feel the best. As an Employee I try to bring innovative ideas and suggestions forward that brings in positive impact in the organisation. I believe, Stagnation and complacency are the enemy of growth. As an employee, I have a clear, personal career plan or goal in mind and am not under any assumption that my employer will drive my career, so always work and strive for advancement.
