Mr. Roy is the Head of Data Science, Supply Chain Products, North America covering Data Center Infrastructure, Reality Labs eCommerce (Quest 2/Pro) and Enterprise Operations. His role involves supporting Meta's rapidly growing global Data Center infrastructure supply chain enabling Meta's AI capabilities, Metaverse, and family of Apps. Mr. Roy has held multiple leadership positions within Wayfair's Supply Chain Org. Mr. Roy lead a team of talent in developing Data Science Models, Strategy development, S & OP, and Operations planning for stakeholders across transportation, workforce management, international shipping, supplier operations, warehouse operations, and industrial engineering teams. His team's efforts provided critical inputs in developing policies and processes on storage, labor, and throughput within Wayfair's rapidly growing supply chain network. In addition to Wayfair and now at Meta, Mr. Roy's eCommerce experience includes working at Amazon and consulting at eBay. Mr. Roy led the global abuse prevention analytics team at Amazon.com. His team developed and implemented abuse prevention analytics solutions across Amazon’s global business in North America, Europe, and Asia that prevented multimillion dollars worth abusive transactions annually. Mr. Roy's consulting experience includes working at Analysis Group, a foremost Economic Consulting firm. His work included merger and acquisition cases, analyses of residential mortgage-backed securities, and analysis of the alleged monopolization and price-fixing in the air cargo and IT industries. Mr. Roy also worked as a leader in the analytics center of excellence of Genpact, delivering analytics projects for clients in the United States, Middle East, and Europe primarily in the Consumer Credit Risk domain. At Genpact, he has also successfully delivered data analytics projects related to eCommerce, insurance underwriting, aviation, beverage marketing, and catalog retailing industries.
