As a dedicated Software Developer with a Bachelor of Science in Computing Information Systems from Athabasca University, I thrive at the intersection of technology and innovation. Graduating with Great Distinction and a perfect 4.0 GPA, I have consistently demonstrated a passion for developing robust web-based solutions and advancing my technical expertise. At my current role at Sunrise International in Edmonton, I am leading the development of a messenger-style application designed to enhance staff communication across eight hotels supporting over 100 team members. Utilizing technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, Signal R, and Web Sockets, I ensure seamless and efficient interactions within the organization. Additionally, I implemented PayPal multiparty payments to streamline transactions for artists and manage Google Ads and Analytics to optimize the InnHotels brand's digital presence. As an NSERC Research Assistant at Athabasca University I work with Full Stack Web Development, Natural Language Processing, and Reinforcement Learning. I developed ChatbotLLM, an automated system for training educational chatbots without hallucinations, biases, and inaccuracies. The ChatbotLLM system will be features at the International Conference on Information and Education Technology in April 2025. Furthermore, I developed an online adaptive formative assessment system, Adaptive QuizMaster, which uses multi-armed bandit algorithms to efficiently identify student learning weaknesses, which was showcased at the Intelligent Tutoring Systems conference in 2023. I am passionate about leveraging my technical skills and research experience to build impactful solutions that drive organizational success.
