Here I present myself - an adaptive enthusiastic and creative Learning & Organizational Development practitioner based in Mumbai India. While studying in Grade 9 where most of us struggle to decide which career path to choose I was sure about making it big in the world of Human Resources. And I was not just envisioning it but also practicing the same by becoming the career counselor for my classmates and juniors! I am fond of writing and have contributed articles in various newspapers and magazines as a student. To top it all I have been adjudged as the 'Best Student' twice in my academic life so far. I am a staunch ENFJ and my key strengths as per Clifton's Strengths Finder are Positivity Input Maximizer Communication and Learner. My congeniality and maturity toward understanding people make me an apt new-age HR Professional. For the major part of my career I have consulted 70+ corporates by designing high-octane learning interventions for their employees across hierarchies. I have developed 'active learning' and 'result-focused training content' wherein I have fused my heartfelt passion for reading writing and self-developed instructional design skills to play. As an out and proud gay man I strive for LGBTQ+ inclusion and creating safe spaces for the members of the community. My deep interest in Leadership/Talent Management Diversity and Inclusion and People Sciences keeps me eager to tap into interesting intersectionalities of Human Capital at work. I was amongst the Top Young HR Professionals under the age of 30 in 2023 by Jombay. Currently I am managing all things Leadership Development globally at Nasdaq and pursuing Executive Post-Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development Change and Leadership at Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai.
