Drawing up production schedule and budgets for shop floor activities. Scheduling & conducting meeting with relevant department for working hand in hand. Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. Obtaining and material, tools, equipment & machines required. Managing fabrication of bullet proof vehicle & its subassemblies of thickness 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm. Manpower training & handling. Training welders & grinders as per WPS approved by welding engineer. Reducing cycle time by identifying & reducing bottleneck operation in process for increasing Productivity. Line balancing by identifying cycle time of workstation & optimizing by resources planning. Identifying technical problems, brainstorming with R&D team & revising drawings for better solutions.
