About Suraj Koshy

With over 12 years of experience in the building construction industry in India,UAE and in the EU country, I am a Project Manager in a leading engineering and project management consultancy firm. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management. I am also certified in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and Project Management Professional (PMP). As a Project Manager, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and high-value projects in the infrastructure and mixed-use development sectors. I work with diverse and cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure the projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Some of the projects I have been involved in include the Jumeirah Gate, a mixed-use 77-storey twin tower development in Dubai, the Galleria Mall, a $1.5 billion luxury lifestyle destination centre in Abu Dhabi, was part of the civil works in HVSC project and MICAS museum (ongoing project) in Malta. I am passionate about creating innovative and efficient solutions that enhance the built environment and benefit the society.
