Work Profile- Being a part of Technical Support, our main objective is to understand the D-Link products and its working based on the requirement of customers and their network- Troubleshooting queries related with networking and configuration of products by taking remote access of customer laptop or computer via Anydesk or TeamViewer Software and keeping their records in SCRM database- Guiding the customer to verify the issue related with their D-Link devices i.e whether the issue is related with the Hardware or Device configuration. And incase of hardware issue directing them to the respective Service Centre for repairs of the product- Co-ordinating with Sales Team for any Sales related query or Sales Lead associated with existing customer or having any new customer requirements- Understanding configuration, models and firmware of various SOHO and Enterprise level D-Link networking devices like Routers, Switches, CCTV Cameras in relation with DVR or NVR, Network Cabling i.e (LAN or Optic Fibre Cables), Extenders, Access Points etc- Generating Sales Lead by pitching newly launched product information and details to the existing and new customers who are using older products or having different products by understanding market competence of competitors.
