I am pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Operations and Supply Chain Management at S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.I have worked as Change Management Consultant for Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Pune and have 20 months of experience in the Information Technology and Services Industry. I led the change management team and handled the end to end implementation of the change management process from the planning till the closure phase. I was also responsible for the quality and integrity of the change request process. My stint at Accenture has helped me to excel in developing client relationships, team development, issue resolution and business flow maintenance.I am a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) graduate from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. I have been a rank holder in academics. Class X (Rank 2), Class XII (Rank 1, English, Computer Science).I am a sports enthusiast and have played cricket for the school and departmental teams. I have a keen interest in astronomy and nature and its working intrigues me. I am competitive, professional and an excellent team player.
