Brief of Job description: - -> Material Planning & Availability as per production plan at factory. ->Securing the on-site Stock levels to meet the forecasted build plan. ->Preparation of the master data for the material flow. ->Coordinating to Program/Production Planning Department to changes in the production plan and ensure capacity planning with Warehouses Vendors as well as transportation providers. ->Inventory Management and Warehouse Management. ->Deliver clear-to-build status material coverage run-out reports and other MIS reports as needed. ->Communication with Vendors for Inventory of models near SOP & EOP. ->Release RFPs/RFQ and negotiate based on feasibility confirmation & Vendor development. ->Cost reduction by localization VA/VE Annual price reduction Yield improvement. ->Implement of reusable packing. ->Searching and suggesting alternate Vendors for various components. ->Knowledge of managing returns and rejections promptly with Vendors. ->Supply planning for seasonal periods and promotional events. ->Release RFQ/ negotiate based on feasibility confirmation & Vendor development based on projects requirements responsible for forging and Machining parts commodity. ->To grasp market situation calculate part level CIM (cost index manufacturing) data ->To proceed benchmarking activity update & share information with internal concern members ->Manage grow and develop team of buyers who are responsible for buying goods and services ->To make cost standard & should be cost for respective commodity. ->To conduct Vendor assessment & clarify Vendor classification ->Improvement of Vendor QCD performance based on Vendor classification ->Vendor imp development & approval
