Currently working as Senior IT consultant with an IT Consulting firm and deployed at client site in the capacity of Senior analyst (Business intelligence and data analytics, MIS, Risk analyst, Business analyst services). In this role I support multiple ETL processes and process specific BI reporting and process automation as well which requires in depth knowledge of tools like power bi, excel, SQL Server, skills like data modelling, data cleaning/transformation, process automation using shell scripting, VBA, python and power automate. My role also involves interacting with US based stakeholder to understand their requirement, writing technical documents for dev team and working as a liaison between core technical team and business operations. I have worked in Banking (Credit cards), retail and health care (Payer and provider both side) in the area of business analytics, claim adjudication and Account receivable profile. I have very good understanding of data integration using, excel python integration, shell scripting, power automate desktop and power apps and VBA python process automation. My secondary skill include building simple GUI apps using pyQT5, simple web apps using Flask and Django. Recently I have developed interest in Artificial intelligence specifically in machine learning with focus on Generative AI so learning AI tools like copilot to boost productivity in coding and office applications, my goal in near future to shift career from Business intelligence to AI engineer or AI solution architect to make myself future job ready.
