Design#Tendering#Execuation#Material * Design & Drawing of SIP, CCP, CTR, CRP, TBP, Location Details, Indoor circuit, IBH, LC etc. Review & monitoring of Drawing Initial to approval stage with client, PMC, Railway Staff & subcontractor.*Provide help of Tendering team within the newly created Tender calculate quantity of material supply & execution.*Supervising and leading a unit of supervisors with in the company. Review BOQ according SIP for Variation approvals. Weekly Progress report for execution of work. Review & monitoring of manpower, materials, machinery, equipment & tools-tackles.*Monthly Client billing & vender billing. Reconciliation of materials (Materials issued/consume).*Checking the EI Micro lock II Westrace (SIEMENS) System Knowledge of Logic & Intefacing circuits, FAT and SAT testing.*Monitoring & supervision of various signaling installation activities (indoor & outdoor) such as cable laying, cable termination in location boxes and other signaling gears. Foundation of apparatus case and Signal.Testing & commissioning of point machine, axle counter, signal & other signaling gears.*Providing the associates of the company with daily inputs & creative suggestions regarding the installation methods and procedures.
