Built and scaled high-growth businesses across India and South Asia — from launching and expanding cities at Uber, setting up Noon India from scratch, to now leading GrowthSchool’s India and international business as part of the executive team.At GrowthSchool, I own the full P&L and lead a 200 member org across revenue, marketing, ops, HR, and finance. I’m responsible for growth, GTM, monetization, hiring, and scaling execution across markets. Also built the hiring engine, operating rhythm, and team structure from the ground up.At Uber, I led marketplace, risk, and strategy for UberEats across 40+ cities with a $550M+ P&L. Before that, I scaled the Uber Rides business in Hyderabad and Vizag — owning city P & Ls, leading rider/driver acquisition, growth ops, and launching complex products like UberPool, Moto, and airport/metro partnerships.At Noon, I built and scaled the India business — launched across 10 states, activated millions of users, and unlocked new revenue channels through inside sales and referrals.I started my career building enterprise systems at Broadridge and leading analytics projects at LatentView — foundations that shaped my structured, data-driven.I lead with clarity and speed, especially in ambiguity.
