The integrated approach behind the development of many innovative devices and tools which helped in cutting down radiation exposure and improve maintainability. These devices and tools have become indispensable standard tools in NPCIL. One of these devices was recognized as a strength by World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO). There have been many contributions during the journey of my career which have supported NPCIL program positively. Computer proficiency has been a cornerstone despite my being a mechanical engineer since the beginning of my career. This has resulted in automation of many technical processes, development of graphical animated models for effective visualization and training etc. Very passionate at work and always willing to take over new challenges and responsibilities.
