I bring 20+ years of experience across Product Management, Client Services and now Business Development in the global payment industry. My career has spanned every layer of the card network ecosystem - from launching EMV, 3DS, Tokenization capabilities as a Product Manager, to being an Incharge of Client Services in APAC and solving real-time partner issues, providing business operational support to partners and now driving strategic partnerships and commercial growth in Business Development. I have worked across markets and networks (Discover, Visa, CUP, JCB, DinersClub) enabled complex integrations, and led high-impact initiatives. I carry experience in Authorization / Settlement / Reconciliation / Compliance Emerging technologies such as EMV / Mobile Payments / Tokenization / 3D secure / Push Payments along with Base24/ISO/API message flows.Have extensive business knowledge on payment gateway processing with pioneers in the payments industry such as Discover Network, VisaNet, Diners Club International, PULSE, JCB, UPI, EMVco. My strength lies in connecting technical detail with business strategy - always focused on delivering value at scale. Currently part of Discover's transformation under Capital One, I am excited to grow partner relationships and expand acceptance in new and emerging corridors.
