B.Suresh Though born in Nellore (Andhra Pradesh) brought up and settled in Chennai as home as I have spent most of my formative years there. I am an avid theatre fan and enjoy it both as an audience and as a participant. I am a bookaholic and have a passion for cooking. I have been in thehospitality industry for over 15 and half years. Armed with a degree in hotel management from the AHLA (American Hotel & Lodging Association) Canan School of Hotel Administration, Chennai. I did my Kitchen training in ITC sonar Bangla Kolkata, Oberai Flight Kitchen Delhi. I started my career with Park Sheraton Chennai as Kitchen Management Trainee. After completing the KMTprogrammer successfully, took over as a Kitchen Executive at Park Sheraton Chennai within a year (Adyar Gate Hotel). I was with the opening team of the L4 Restaurant in citicenter. During which period I handled some of the bigger events in the citycenter on chef on leave days like we had bigger convention party of Nokia pax in Nehru stadium.I have been handled the restaurant called "ABOVE SEA LEVEL" Restaurant in the Raintree hotel St Mary’s Road. I am moved in to Pre-opening team of Raintree hotel Annasalai, a 240 room’s property.Handling the Coffee Shop called"The Kitchen" as Jr.sous chef. As Jr.Sous Chef taking care of the culinary operations at The Raintree, Annasalai, a 240 room property.I move to worked in Oceania Cruise line about one contract sign-in from Istanbul as a acting sous chef in Toscana Italian outlet. Moved as a EXECUTIVE CHEF in pre-opening hotel in Chennai called Khasa Blanche hospitality Centena group (Dubai). Planning to open first virtual Night Club in the country being in first kind of Boutique hotel. Plan to extend in metro cities Bangalore,Mumbai.Started working in Phoenix mills, St Regis Mumbaigroup (Design Hotel Chennai by justa) as Head Chef (Executive Chef) in Luxury boutique hotel and club houseoperation for 2.5 yrs. Started working in the Lemon Tree Hotels Coimbatore Pre-Opening as an Executive Chef to till December. MGM hotel limited joined as HEAD CHEF in Scotland location from April 2019 to Sep 2019. Earlier Joined back in the Lemon Tree Hotel Dubai pre-opening 114 rooms from 14th Sep 2019 to 12th March 2020.I have started in one of the iconic hotel in chennai The Residency Towers hotel as Executive chef with 5 F&B outlet.
