About Suresh Kumar

With over two decades of leadership in QHSE, I have led the implementation of integrated management systems across complex, high-risk environments—spanning construction, industrial operations, marine terminals, and landmark projects such as EXPO 2020. My focus has consistently been on aligning safety, quality, environmental, and business continuity objectives with organizational performance and regulatory expectations.I bring deep expertise in ISO frameworks including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22301, along with hands-on experience driving full-cycle audits, IMS integration, and compliance strategies across multi-stakeholder environments. My approach to QHSE goes beyond compliance—it's about enabling operational resilience, fostering a proactive safety culture, and delivering measurable business value.I lead from the front—whether building and mentoring high-functioning HSE teams, engaging directly with regulators and executive stakeholders, or driving risk governance, contractor alignment, and crisis preparedness. The objective is always clear: ensure sustainable performance through disciplined execution, innovation, and strategic foresight.
