I am an Assistant Professor in the Marketing area at NMIMS. I have completed my Ph.D. at IIM Ahmedabad. I have presented my work at national and international marketing conferences where I had the opportunity of meeting and learning from colleagues from diverse areas of interest and expertise. Diverse Research Interests: My intellectual curiosity spans various domains, encompassing food consumption, marketing, consumer behavior, healthy eating, sustainability in both food and fashion, nutrition knowledge, new age media, and impactful food advertising. My expertise extends across quantitative and qualitative methodologies, as evidenced by my specialization in experiment design and the creation of insightful consumer behavior surveys. Teaching Excellence: My commitment extends to education, as my teaching interests encompass consumer behavior, ethical marketing, food marketing, rural marketing, agribusiness, food systems, sustainable marketing, and the emerging field of circular economy. Rich Professional Background: My journey is underscored by over 80 months of accomplished banking experience, showcasing my prowess in microfinance, product development, policy formulation, team leadership, and goal achievement. My excellence is further validated by my achievement of the UGC-JRF in Management, securing it on my very first attempt, along with my qualification for the Assistant Professor position.
