2019 graduate from GNLU, having 2+ years of legal drafting and negotiation experience as In-House Counsel in IT industry. Her work at Tech Mahindra Limited includes below : 1. Drafting, reviewing/redlining and negotiating complex Information Technology Agreements. Advising the business team on strategising and resolving legal issues arising out of commercial relationships, potential disputes, business development and other advisories which are business-friendly, quick and cost-effective for the company. Providing business oriented advisory on complex legal and regulatory matters including Intellectual Property, Contract Interpretation, Risk analysis & Mitigation, Contract Compliance requirements, Data Protection Laws etc. Have been involved in providing advisory for multi-million worth deals at the early stage of career. Familiarity and proficiency with Contact Lifecycle Management System (CLM) and other Legal Tech tools. Her previous internship experience while at her Alma Mater, one of the top National Law Schools of India, Gujarat National Law University includes that of tier 1- Corporate Law Firms, Arbitration centric Law firm, Litigation Firms, High Court Judiciary, Mediation Centre and many more which gave her overall understanding of the working environment of the respective organisation as well as fine knowledge of legal research and drafting in the areas of Securities market, General Corporate law, Intellectual Property Rights, Contract Law, Arbitration etc. Apart from Internships, Survi has been active participant in Moot Court Competitions and Research Projects and have won several accolades for the same which is now playing cardinal role in her negotiation and business oriented legal advises. Survi is a full time an inquisitive and hard working law student keen to learn new laws and regulations. Have been keeping herself abreast with evolving privacy laws, anti coruption laws like GDPR, FCPA etc.
