About Surya Pavan

I hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and bring over 12 years of extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, with strong expertise in both structural and finishing works. In addition to my core responsibilities, I actively support quality control and quantity surveying activities to assist the respective teams, and I regularly coordinate with design teams to resolve site-level design issues to ensure smooth project execution.Currently, I am working as an Assistant Manager at Phoenix Group, where I am responsible for the execution of three commercial towers with a combined built-up area of 25 million square feet. My role involves overseeing the structural and finishing stages of the project, ensuring timely progress while maintaining high standards of quality.Prior to this, I worked at GAR Properties, where I successfully led the structural, finishing, and landscape works of a 27-floor high-rise building with 5 basements. The project demanded close attention to detail and precise coordination across multiple teams, which I managed effectively throughout its lifecycle.Earlier in my career, I served as a Structural and Finishing Engineer at Total Environment Building Systems. During this tenure, I executed the structural works of three residential towers, each rising to 20 floors, using Mivan shuttering technology. I also gained hands-on experience in villa construction, interior finishing (including toilets, lift lobbies, and staircases), and landscape development.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong ability to lead and deliver complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
