About Surya Sofiry

As a Vaccination Services & Equipment Specialist at Ceva, a multinational animal health company, I apply my Electrical Engineering background and hatchery automation expertise to assist customers in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting their vaccination program for poultry. I travel and visit poultry hatcheries within the territory, and prepare vaccination program reports for the local, regional, and global team. I am passionate about learning new technologies and improving my technical and leadership abilities. I have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, where I also taught and assisted lecturers in power electronics and advanced power electronics subjects. Before joining Ceva, I was a Maintenance Engineering Unit Head at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, an Indonesian multinational food and beverage company, where I supervised a team of technicians to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical equipment on production machines. I have extensive experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), including Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance, and I can respond to fault requests and troubleshoot system failures effectively. I have strong skills in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Electrical Wiring, which I apply to my current role and projects.
