Accomplished, tenured Professor of Biology with over thirty years of experience in multiple capacities: administrator, educator and clinical supervisor, and researcher. Administrator: Principle investigator (PI) and Director of the Marian University McNair Scholars Program. Developed the program into a stellar, fully operational model for graduate school preparation for first-generation/low income and minority students with academic promise. Responsible for all operations including: recruitment, media release and promotion, budget review and reconciliation, government and internal annual performance reviews, grant compliance, policies and procedures, etc. Integrated interdisciplinary resources to maximize efficiency of time, materials, facilities, and personnel. Obtained articulation agreements with academic, industrial and governmental partners.
