Over 25 years experience in mineral processing, including comminution circuits, gravity and magnetic separation, scrubbing, classification, thickening, flotation and dense media separation. Extensive experience in mining operations, testwork, process optimisation, consulting and business development. Project management through to design, commissioning and operations. Proven technical expertise in design, management and execution of metallurgical testwork programs on various ore types including gold, copper, molybdenum, iron ore, chrome, PGM's, lithium, aluminium, uranium, garnet, graphite, manganese, tin, rare earth, nickel, cobalt, mineral sands and salt. Specialised technical expertise in high pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) open and closed-circuit testwork, gravity separation processes on several ore types (including iron ore, mineral sands, gold, chromite, PGM's, lithium and garnet), and theoretical process modelling using LIMN software.
