WHAT I DO: Action-based coach supporting legal professionals who want to make positive change in the world. I help students and grads create an effective career plan that integrates their passions and aspirations, leading them to a constructive career and meaningful life. Connect legal employers with legal talent. I develop and cultivate relationships with employers and alumni to grow opportunities for students. WHO I AM: Lifelong learner, counselor and motivator…by design and by example. Attorney, non-attorney and cultivator of purpose-driven life. Passionate vegan without the snobbery. My career has always been an experiment, consistently evolving to find a balance between purposeful and sustainable work and life. I have not always succeeded. In the face of that reality I (eventually) explore and pivot. I would say that I don’t really like change, but it is change that has created each and every step of my unique path…so, there’s that! What has been a common thread is my natural inclination to help people and projects flourish. I thrive when working closely with people to explore their motivators, skills and passions. By building trust, listening and asking questions I help spark light bulb moments and identify potential pitfalls on the path to end goals. I combine wide-ranging legal and professional experience with an eagerness to learn. This mix allows me to be both a trusted resource and a lifelong student of personal and professional growth. I work every day to learn how to be a better ally. I am approachable and determined. I meet folks where they are and listen.
