I am an experienced director of local and national initiatives that educate and inspire the future workforce - whether they are job seekers looking to re-enter the workforce or youth exploring careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) for the first time. Drawing from my experience in education, I create materials that educate job seekers about opportunities in high growth industries and research and illustrate clear and practical pathways to sustainable careers. Then I present this material in a clear and engaging way that inspires adults and professionals to take action. I develop and sustain deep partnerships with employers and professional and educational organizations that hire and train the future workforce. I then share the nuances of employers' hiring processes and preferences with job seekers so that they get the interview - and the job.
