Susan Calvert joined Newmark in 2010 as a Lease Administration Manager in the firm’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) division. Susan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the lease administration business line, leading a team of approximately 30 lease analysts, cost control analysts, and lease coordinators on 65 accounts totaling approximately records. Areas of specialty are lease administration, process development, reporting, transition, accounting, desktop reviews and subtenant billing. Susan has served as a team member on several of Newmark’s notable lease administration client accounts, as well as assisted in the transition of the firm’s largest lease administration account. Prior to joining Newmark, Susan was with SRS Real Estate Company (formerly Staubach Retail Services), where she was responsible for the day-to-day lease administration services for the PulteGroup account, consisting of 200 locations and 125 subtenant accounts. One of Susan’s significant accomplishments was the collection of outstanding subtenant balances on behalf of her client. Susan owned and operated Contracts-To-Close, a company specializing in closing residential and commercial purchase contracts for realtors. She also has experience as a real estate appraiser and a real estate agent for residential properties in Texas
