With nearly three decades of leadership experience, I'm deeply committed to high levels of performance, professionalism and organizational sustainability.Due to several years working in hospitality, food and beverage, publications, and running private and nonprofit businesses my competencies and skills sets have grown to encompass human resources, leadership development, performance management, team building, coaching and teaching teams to high levels of performance, board management, event planning and strategy. I also am skilled in sales and sales management, public speaking, communication, marketing, and collaborative and partnership building. These skills, empower me to drive initiatives that drive any organization to excellence.My professional goal is to leverage my expertise in business management to create impactful changes and provide diverse perspectives to any team's efforts. These efforts are critical to achieving mission with strategic directions, high levels of performance management and continuous improvement in any organization.As the Executive Director at CSNOW, my role involved steering the organization towards achieving our mission to support agencies and local governments with federal CSBG funding. We focus on eradicating poverty's root causes in the U.S, a commitment that has been integral to my previous 9.5-year tenure as CEO at Compass Center for Families. There, I honed my skills in client relationships, human resources and employee development, financial sustainability and development, and program direction while ensuring the highest standards in service delivery for family preservation.I am a Governor's appointee to the Wyoming Council for Women, representing the Sheridan and Johnson County area. A current appointee to the Sheridan County Attainable Housing Council, current member of The Sheridan Press Editorial Advisory Committee, and current President of the Region 8 Community Action Partnership Board (MT, ND, SD, UT, WY, CO)
