About Susan Corridoni

Susan Corridoni has been enganged in the non-profit sector for the past two decades. Her area of focus is improving the economic efficiency of a non-profit while increasing the effectiveness of programs. Susan sees that so many of our nonprofits are working to alleviate the impediments to agency and self-determination. Prior to serving the social mission sector, she was a portfolio manager, financial analyst and investment banker, having worked for J. P. Morgan, and Salomon Brothers Inc in New York and The St. Paul Companies and Provident Advisors in the Twin Cities. She is a graduate of Bucknell University and The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (Booth). She is honored to serve as an advisor to the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at the Booth School of Business and as a director for the Corridoni Foundation For Agency and Self-Determination, both of which have allowed her to advance her work in the sector. Susan is the founder of EquaSpace, a non-profit designed to provide equitable and co-located work space and related services to other non-profits in the Twin Cities. Current and past Board experience includes The Constellation Fund, World Savvy, Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities, Minnesota Humanities Center, MCAD and the Breck Parent Association. Susan has two children, Claire and Parker, and one very spoiled dog named Prince.
