Strong expertise in PCB Hardware Design layout implementing technology specific requirements with over +20 years of experience in the development of HDI Design up to10-Layers in High speed interfaces such DDRx, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, LVDS, CSI, DSI, SerDes, FPD-LINK, GMSL with multi-chip modes such SOC, Memories, PMIC, etc. for the development of reconfigurable Instrument Clusters, Domain Controllers and Head-Up Display with multi PCB Architectures. Design experience in designing up to 10 layer Printed Circuit Boards. Experience with Mentor Graphics schematic capture and Expedition PCB design software, preparing and optimizing the design files for fabrication and releasing package drawings and files for manufacturing. Knowledgeable in Design for Manufacturing and Board house capabilities.
