About Susan Daub

Susan Daub brings a unique blend of leadership skills, management experience and inherent compassion and intuition to her professional relationships. For over 30 years, Susan has worked with organizations and individuals to activate internal motivation for change, and then guided them through the goal setting and implementation steps. Her endeavors provide incomparable education and experience in behavioral health, organizational development, human dynamics, change management and project coordination. Susan has honed her passion for people as the drivers of change, empathizing with their challenges and anticipating their needs; this has nurtured an ability to develop collaborative, fruitful relationships with clients. As a consummate learner, Ms. Daub obtained a Master's Degree in Integrated Behavioral Health at the University of Minnesota, and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
