I have lived in the Denver area since August of 2010 and had the privilege of learning and discovering what a beautiful and diverse city it truly is. I believe my enthusiasm for the area exudes to my clients. I am a knowledgeable and dedicated mortgage planning professional with over 20 years experience in the construction and permanent mortgage industry. I am a very direct communicative person in business who operates with integrity and heart. My top priority in business is to consistently act in the best interests of my clients and provide quality customer service. I believe my job is about much more than the basic financing of a mortgage loan. To me, it is imperative to add support, knowledge and value to my clients’ lives. I originate many types of loans to include conventional, government, multifamily, and some mixed use properties. I have extensive knowledge to assist a client thru each step of the transaction from the original loan application, processing, structuring, submitting to underwriting. meeting conditions thur to the final funding and recording. We all know that the past years in our housing industry have been very challenging ones; but I believe that from challenge and adversity comes opportunity.
