Currently serving as the Inmate Programs Manager with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, I oversee diverse rehabilitation programs, manage 100+ volunteers, and work closely with contractors and community partners to deliver impactful services. My expertise includes program development, certification training, data analysis, and pre-release planning—ensuring inmates are prepared for successful reintegration. Previously, I gained valuable experience as a Case Manager and Crime Analyst, working with law enforcement and healthcare professionals to address client needs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
