About Susan Dohm

As a Senior Delivery Manager for technology solutions with a client-centered focus, I am known for leading the development and support of high performing technology software, developing continuous improvement processes to the SDLC, and collaborating to create innovative software features that meet the needs of the client to support their success as their business continuously evolves. As the Senior Delivery Manager in the Enterprise Computing Solutions department at Unisys, I have led the teams that do the application modernization, development, and support to deliver the Unisys Cargo Core product with new functionality every month using agile best practices. I lead application development and support to achieve industry-leading levels of service for airline cargo customers, and I am an expert in improving quality and productivity, reducing costs, and achieving high levels of client satisfaction. I manage a team of 25+ staff across the United States and India. I also work with 20+ third party contractors who augment the Unisys development and support teams. My team values my personable, inclusive leadership style, capacity to elevate them, keep them on track, and support to help make them be successful. I enjoy collaborating with the team to identify processes that enable them to complete projects on schedule and to the highest possible standard, all the while fostering a positive work environment with honesty, open communication, strong collaboration, empathy, and social connections. In a previous role as software developer, I wrote many of the initial programs in the airline Cargo Rating module and continue to be the subject matter expert and product owner in that area. As a result, I consult on client requested features and contribute to RFI and RFP responses on questions of Cargo Rating and related functionality.
