As Senior Regional Director for Victoria I am responsible for a number of our Specialist business units; Hays Technology, Hays Accountancy & Finance, Hays Office Support, Hays Contact Centres, Hays Banking & Insurance, Hays Policy & Strategy, Hays Marketing, Hays Human Resources and Hays Assessment and Development here in Melbourne. My responsibilities cover both the operational and strategic aspects needed to continue the growth of the organisation. As a member of the Operations Management team in APAC, I am well connected across the region.
