About Susan Driver

The federal IDEA Part C program serves the Birth to 3-Year Old population and is essential for clients’ development to enable a smooth transition into school. My 10 years serving as Billing Coordinator has been enjoyable, including the satisfaction that my efforts and abilities have helped some families obtain necessary services in order for that smooth transition into school. The work is interesting and rewarding. Building and maintaining relationships with Early Intervention staff and service providers has been critical and is something I very much enjoy! Timely, thorough, and complete communication with them by phone and email is essential to address everyone’s needs. Working with numbers and data is also very enjoyable to me. Prior to this position I was part of a 3-person Delaware State team assigned to evaluate and report on the status of the Smart Start and Kids Kare programs in order to determine if those programs were having an impact on reducing infant mortality. That work also required heavy use of Excel, as well as SPSS. I am self-motivated, thorough, and reliable and have a great affinity for data integrity.
