Over 25 years of professional background in Document Control / Management - Document Control SME, Trainer for the users on Meridian, part of implementation team for new EDMS (Meridian) being implemented across Nutrien sites - QA Lead for the business - maintaining training material, test scripts for Functional Testing (includes end to end, regression, smoke tests)- Experience includes Lead/Supervisor Project Document Control role on over 200 projects, and support roles on several other projects, on Construction sites, and live plants as well as in an office environment.(Syncrude/ KBR/ TCPL/ KMC/ Sunoco, Nova Chemicals/Agrium(Nutrien)- Working on a construction sites (Mod Yards), supplying support to Construction Specialists at the site, and in Mod Yard.(Set up files – Construction Work Packages etc. as well as Administrative duties as required – minutes, meetings, supplies)- Familiar with FEL activities, as well as FEED, and Gate/Stages through Commissioning and Start-up - Responsibilities include such things as inter-disciplinary project coordination, participating in technical audits, expediting both engineering and supplier documentation, and preparing drawings and documents for issuing to project personnel and to client- Coordinated efforts of close-out and turnover of projects, and compiled Project Data Books- Strong background experience in supervision, training, organization, setting up programs (i.e. EDMS, man-hours, schedules); writing the Project Execution Plan section for Document Control - Set up of work area, procedures and practices.
