Drive consistency in process and procedures in the Processing Management area of Republic Bank, which consists of Deposit Operations, Card Operations and Loan Servicing. Review and evaluate transactions completed by the production staff,(Loan boarding, Maintenance, Collateral, FCRA) identify any process gaps within the business units and provide results to management. Assist IT with development of a Quality Control database to gain department efficientcy and cost effectiveness, to reduce the cost per file. Provide recommedations for process improvement to Department Managers. Monitor team productivity and adherence daily from a performance management standpoint. Monitor and direct workflow volumes. Proficient knowledge of bank regulations as well as federal regulations for Motgage loans, Retail consumer loans and Commercial loans, such as TRID, Flood, Reg E, Reg Z, Reg U, Reg B, FCRA, Escrow. Work closely with Compliance to minimize risk to the bank by identifying transactions that could be an ecomonic loss to the bank as well as ensuring the proper controls are in place in the Servicing and Operations area. Perform monthly audits on various functions to ensure controls are in place and procedures are followed. Provide monthly reports to Management on results of Quality reviews and audit responses, as well as a root cause analysis. Subject Matter expert in documentation for Commercial loans and attorney prepared documents. Specialties: Subject Matter Expert for Reg U and Flood documentation - ensuring the proper documentation is completed correctly to prevent regulatory violations.
