About Susan Giuliano

I am an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with a passion for creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences that empower learners. Throughout my career, I have committed myself to creating opportunities for diverse learners to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities. My journey into instructional design is rooted in a strong belief in the profound impact education can have on shaping minds and changing lives. My roles as High School Equivalency Program Manager, Trainer and Consultant along with those of Adult Educator, allowed me to tackle educational challenges, using problem-solving skills to enhance the overall learning process. These experiences led to a solid background in adult learning theory and instructional design, so I am able to transform complex concepts into learner centered content that fosters understanding and long-term retention. Aside from my professional life, I enjoy reading, doing yoga, hiking and traveling to new places. I am excited about the opportunities within Instructional Design, and I am ready to apply my skills to help your organization with their needs.
