I have worked in the property management industry since January 2011, gaining experience in leasing, marketing, delinquency, budgets, Landlord Tenant Law, resident retention, financials, management, replacement reserve draws, and much more! I take pride in my work and love to surround myself with driven individuals who, as a team, will work together to bring great results and improvements to the asset/company. Before life in this industry I had worked as a Pharmacy Technician for 16 years and then became a stay at home Mom of 3 who took on Network Marketing. This journey gave me skills in marketing, customer service, sales, presenting, follow-up, personal development, training and so many more. Why I fell in love with property management. With my job, it is usually something different every day, who doesn't love that! There is not one day that is the same in this industry as something is "almost" always happening! It could be a plumbing blockage, air conditioning or heating not working optimally, new move in, people looking for their new home, resident events, renewals to prepare, property inspections, reports, bills and so much more. I simply love the diversity! I am passionate in finding new ways to market to future residents, resident retention and in developing a team that works well together so we may all bring our property to the next level of success.
