About Susan Judd

For over 25 years, I’ve been helping leaders stop managing and start actually leading. I work with CEOs, business owners, and leadership teams who are done with surface-level leadership and ready to create workplaces where people and performance thrive. Through SusanJudd.com, I deliver keynotes, run leadership workshops, and coach individuals who want to lead with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence (without losing their minds in the process). I’m the founder of HR Culture and Dare2Care, two businesses that support culture transformation from different angles: HR Culture tackles the strategic HR stuff, while Dare2Care is all about building emotionally intelligent, people-first teams. No fluff. No cookie-cutter training. Just practical tools that make leadership feel doable and dare I say, even enjoyable. Since becoming a Certified Practitioner with Genos International in 2012, I’ve trained thousands of leaders across Australia, the U.S, and the UK, and was recognised in 2024 for my global contribution to the field of emotional intelligence. If you’re leading a growing organisation and want your people to communicate better, lead stronger, and actually enjoy working together, let’s talk.
