Membership Engagement • Direct strategic membership initiatives to increase and maintain visibility and engagement with members, lapsed members, and prospective members. • Enhance membership growth and retention through creative implementation of targeted strategies, working cross departmentally to ensure consistent execution of efforts. • Monitor membership trends and best practices, conduct research analysis and regular comprehensive membership survey program; track membership statistics. • Manage membership renewal and engagement processes and communications. • Oversee annual meeting/tradeshow material development working cross departmentally to ensure consistent execution of efforts. Volunteer Management • Coordinate and support program/committee management of membership efforts. • Serve as staff liaison and coordinate initiatives of member-driven committees to enhance member engagement • Initiate and implement a volunteer management system to ensure continual stream of new volunteers and leaders into the organizations. Educational Outreach • Organize webinars, regional meetings, courses for enhanced education outreach with members and prospective members; working cross departmentally to ensure consistent execution of efforts.
