Organized professional dedicated to maintaining, monitoring and developing administrative and procedural processes for engineering/construction projects. Providing years of experience on large scale, complex, and sometimes classified construction/engineering/design/project/move management projects. I am making a change to a more physically active and varied administrative support and production role within a smaller engineering/construction firm in my community of Loudoun County. My multiple years of experience providing onsite, quality PMCM coordination in government renovation and new construction will fit well in this new role. My enthusiasm is in providing administrative and logistical support to the Kimley-Horn Loudoun and NOVA Offices. Being a detailed oriented and communicative individual, I enjoy providing varied production skills for CRLs, construction RFI/submittal tracking ((Procore & Newforma), organizing large certified mailings, providing plotting and printing of deliverables (reports, permit sets, submittals, drawing sets). It’s fun being a team member who helps with office and regional company events and social outings providing set up and breakdown duties including catering coordination. I am also providing mailing, shipping, and stocking of office supplies along with customer service in varied situations. Experienced interpersonial skills with diverse groups of personnel, clients and vendors makes this role interesting and never boring. All the fun without the stress.
