My background consists of more than 25 years of successful experience as both a qualified 401(k) and nonqualified defined contribution plan administrator and relationship manager. During this time I developed the skills and ability to identify, analyze, and accurately resolve daily plan administration issues and concerns of diverse clients ranging from sole proprietors to multinational corporations in a thorough and timely manner, thereby building and sustaining trusted relationships with clients as well as internal teams. I bring this extensive background, knowledge, and experience in the retirement industry to my current position as proofreader and editor of institutional communications in Vanguard Institutional Marketing and Communications.
