About Susan MacKay

I’m Susan,the face behind Spire PA, and I work remotely from my base in North Somerset. I have always been a highly motivated salesperson, with a history in sales, marketing and business development but, much like the clients I work with, I wanted to introduce more flexibility to my work/life balance, so Spire PA Services was born. I’m dedicated to providing other small business owners, like myself, with the timesaving solutions they need when it comes to admin and general business development. So I am a personal assistant with a slight twist. Not only will I help clients with admin but I will aim to increase your business growth by picking the phone up dealing with your existing clients but generating new ones too. Providing great customer service and building strong working relationships is important to me. As your virtual PA I will learn everything there is to know about you, your business and how you like to work. I’ve worked with a number of IT systems and online tools throughout my career, and am happy to learn about new software so will make quick work of understanding your own systems and technology. I enjoy working with others as a team but am also content to take the lead and work individually. I relish the chance to make a real difference and am more than happy to review any processes and see where they can be made more efficient or productive – essentially saving my clients time and money.
